It's easy
All you need is your credit union account number and an access code. Press a few buttons and with TellerFact you can:
- Check your balance
- Determine which checks have cleared your account
- Transfer money to your checking or savings accounts
- Fax account statements and balance information to your home or work
TellerFact is available at your convenience, whenever you need to access information on your account.
First Time Users
The first time you use TellerFact call 309-796-7600 or toll-free
800-635-5448.

| Enter your Social Security Number, (For security purposes, you will only be asked to enter this upon your first time calling TellerFact) |
Enter your access code and select transaction from menu mode

Helpful Hints
To determine what your two digit account ID's are, select the following options in menu mode:
Press 1, for Balance Inquiries. Select 3 for Open Loan list for a complete listing of all open loans. Select 4 for Open Share list for a complete listing of all all savings, checking, and deposit accounts.
